Korean Style Enoki Mushroom Meat Roll

You will find this cuisine as street snack in local night market. Now, you can make this at home and enjoy it with you family with lower price and better taste.

1. Cut a piece of meat with thickness around 1-2cm.
2. Mix the meat slice with soy source, black pepper, and sos tiram.
3. Take some enoki mushroom, roll it with the meat slice.
4. Arrange it on the plate, cover it with another plate.
5. Boil the water in the wok, ready for steam.
6. Steam for 15 minutes and it's ready to serve.
