Gula Melaka Cendol Agar-Agar Recipe
Simple & Easy Gula Melaka Cendol Agar-Agar Recipe. Now, you can make this dessert at home and enjoy it everyday!!!
Ingredient:
Cendol, Coconut Sugar, Evaporated Milk, Jelly Podwer (Agar-Agar), White Sugar
1. Cook the jelly powder until it melt and mix well with water. Add in white sugar and evaporated milk. Turn off the gas once the sugar is melt. **DO NOT boil the milk**
2. Soak the Cendol with boil water separately. Dry it and mix with the step 1 combination.
3. Pour it to the container, let it cool down before put in the fridge. **You can keep some under warm temperature for top layer. **
4. Cook the jelly powder until it melt and mix well with water. Add in the Coconut sugar until it melt.
5. Pour it into the container to make another layer. Please make sure the bottom layer is solid form before you pour in.
6. Keep it in the fridge, it's nice to serve in chill.
